Hello Team,

Last week I was in shillong, Meghalaya and I was riding a bike without helmet.

Police caught me and I had to pay a fine of Rs 500/-, which is inappropriate because according to traffic rule, if you are caught by police without a helmet while riding bike the fine is Rs 100/-.

I still have got the fine receipt with me.
