On 3 July 2018, I was traveling to office in shared eco cab. When the cab reached the bus stand near Sanjay lake park ( patparganj, east Delhi) adjacent to NH 24 at 9:00 am, the driver had to stop the cab and pay Rs 200 to agents hired by traffic police...when I enquired, the driver told that it's the monthly payment he has to pay to them...
