FINE WITHOUT RECEIPT

I admitted my mistake that i was smoking on the road and police man caught me and asked to come to the police station and there they asked me to pay 300 as i know for violating this rule fine is Rs 200 but they have given me lots of excuses and i ended up in giving Rs 300 but they have not given me the receipt when i asked for it.
