At first, checked for DL and then asked me to pay 300 for overspeed.

When i asked for report, he gave me a slip which does not have any computer generated receipt where it shoes what is the speed. They kept my licence. when i asked for receipt, they were speaking to each other, 'let us send him to court. Do u want to go and run around?'. And they do not have any manners. The traffic police was holding a big long wooden stick which was terrific. The inspector who was sitting inside the car was so arrogant he dint even speak to anyone properly other than repeating the amount due. He even collected 500 Rs from some other folks.
While travelling around bangalore, i see so many accidents ONLY because of the BAD ROADS. We pay so much tax to government for making our country better. And here how people are making money who are government employees and here to help public. They dont work clearing the traffic. I have seen so many 1000/500/100 Rs notes on the car seat. And the other policeman were just laughing. Its not worth staying in India. Its not about paying 300 Rs to a irresponsible officer. Its about how nice are our roads, how is our infrastructure. There nothing good about it. We even pay so much at toll gates as if its my property and i am liable to pay this amount. Where is this money going.
