I have purchased a flat near Begur road and my registration is tomorrow 9th march2015. The landlord SPOc forces me to pay the bribe even though demanded receipts. He did ask me to check with other flat owners and to my shock they all paid 25k bribe. This is saddening and I'm feeling cheated by living in a great nation like India(punya bhoomi) where I'm being forced to commit mistake. At least I do not want to make sin(paap) and follow others. Please take action. My registration is tomorrow(9-mar) at 12pm in Koramangala.
