I applied for my learner's license for 4 wheeler and failed the test twice even though I did well in the test. Later I learnt from friends that RTO officials will pass me only when i go through a driving school and when I applied for the same through a driving school, they passed me. The person at the driving school in Koramangala BDA complex charged me Rs. 3000 for learner's license for 4 wheeler and Driver's license for 4 & 2 wheeler. Students and working people are compelled to pay the lump sum amount to the driving school as we cannot afford to reappear for the test.
