Near malleshwaram police station there are pot holes.. While driving to see the pot holes clearly i switch ob high beam . Police standing there saw and informed its high beam. They just want to achieve there month end target. He did not catch bigger vehicle who had switched on high beam from long time. As i was late at 10.45 police started arguing me.
