I had failed in my bike test for drivers license.when i was asked to drive the car, the rto officer in charge asked me to pay 400rs and he said he would pass me in my bike test.in tht moment i paid the bribe and got my license.but now 5 years later i realized how horrible the implications could be.if anyone could buy licenses imagine the safety of people on the roads.this incident happend in thiruvanmiyur rto in chennai.many of my friends have bought the license without even giving the test.it costs just 1500rs for both car nd bike license.please find a solution to stop the officials in the rto from taking bribe and giving licmeses
