I had to pay 200 for PV

I feel this is very less amount that I paid where as they expected much more than this.. Could be 500 + rps.
People are helpless. They sometimes don't know whom to contact in order not to bribe and get the things done on time and smoothly. If we oppose to give bribe to police or any other public servant / govt employee, every one like me are scared whether the work will be completed or not.
Can Govt take care of this pathetic situation and bring up some rules to stop this bribing system in INDIA. ??
