I went to HAL police station to lodge a NCR since I had lost my wallet which had my PAN Card, Driving Licence, Debit Card, Credit card and some cash. I write the complaint on a paper and when I gave it to the station officer on duty Mr. K. Mylarappa he asked me for bribe. I resisted paying him but he asked for it a couple of times and without that wasnt ready to acknowledge the application that i gave. I finally gave in and paid him Rs. 100. But that wasnt the end. He asked for more and then I pleaded him that i have lost my wallet and debit cards and I have no money to pay him. He was reluctant to acknowledge it and finally after some more time of requesting, he signed it.
