I paid bribe multiple times

I was a victim of 498A case, during my case investigation i paid bribe multiple times to police. After i get clearence from court, i piad bribe again to clear look out circular. Police dept and CID harrased me one year even after i'm cleraed from court to lift LOC for bribe.
