I paid bribe for registration of tenancy agreement

For registration of above at the office of Registar off assuance we had to appear before six windows which could have been done from single winow that is we had to face six different officers /clerk. and every officer / clerk had to be paid for his job to be carried out. Every concerned officer is collecting atleast Rs 10000 black money every day
