I have applied for my birth certificate in the m.r.o office. The r.i who present there rejected my application saying that it is not filled properly, next time said me to come again on some another day,,next time he said that he has to make survey by visiting my village to know about my birth,, next time he said he is busy with work so he will visit my on another day,, next time on the suggestion of my friend i paid 400 rs to him,, and now i had my birth certificate done..
As i learned a lesson now i paid 200 rs to my village secretary and got my d.o.b entered in to the register.
