I am tejendra prasad from tumkur, i had parked my scooter on 14-12-2014 at 4pm near vegetable market, that is jc road. there is no mention of parking and no parking area there, but tumkur traffic police had towed my scooter to police station.. when i went to get my scooter to traffic police station near DC office..they asked us to pay fine of 300 Rs, but the bill they gave has the fine of 200 rs and place mentioned as ASHOKA ROAD OPP K.S.R.T.C but they had towed my scooter from jc road, vegetable market.. they towed more than ten to twenty bikes and scooters, and this would account to a illegal fine and bribe of more than 6000 rs..
