I bought a house and also got it registered in my name. After that i wanted the Katha to be transferred in my name. After i had submitted all the documents and paid the necessary fees..my file did not move..when i went and enquired about it , the concerned official was looking at me and i was looking at him for nearly 1/2 hour..than he started finding faults..when i told him boss it is not anew property but a existing one and the previous owner had all the documents and the khata..he told me that he would like to inspect the house..i even agreed for that and took him to see..but still nothing happened for 1month and finally i was so disgusted that i openly asked him and paid the bribe after which i got the Khata in 1week..
