I paid a bribe to mr manohar acting commissioner of hebbagodi cmc. He and one muniraju revenue inspector are hand in glove and extract money from every person who come for khata at hebbagodi cmc. Even after 2 weeks he did not issue and last i jad to pay it to get the khata.it is common over there for everyone.they ask for old notes from everyone.i had to pay 45000 becuse it was urgent to get my loan
