I had applied for driving licenses renew and after 2 months I haven’t received my licenses so
I went to the post office(Bandra E) at 11 am on 25th Jan 2015 and I met to our local postmen Mr. Suresh Gawade to enquirer about my licenses he asked me to pay him Rs 200. I asked him why he was asking me for money so told me if you not paid money then your licenses go back to R.T.O and you will get in trouble. I told him that I didn't have Rs 200 right now to pay him. So I told him I come back with money at Tue.
