Actually i lost my original identity card. I had to procure the duplicate one. So i asked a person that has been distributing Voter ID's in our area. He said that he will do it but it will take some money for the official work. I was in extreme need of the Voter ID. He just gave me the voter I via my parents and took 1200 rupees. Now while applying for the passport i just checked it he has forged by making it by some source near his residence. He has entered the details wrongly, which should not have happened if he would have taken it from the election office, where i suppose keep and maintain the records. I paid money only on this basis that he needs to go a particular office which might take travelling and some other costs. But the cunning person has deceived. I don't know why govt. of India doesn't take necessary actions against such people.
