No registration can happen without Bribe @ Blore

All Sub-registrar offices are demanding bribe directly and indirectly. On an Average the bribe amount starts from 20,000 and goes up to Max. There is no control mechanism yet.

I am not willing to furnish my details bcos I know nothing is going to be stopped and I will end up in trouble along with my Family.
