I paid 8000rs to Sanjeev Raju of Indiranagar RTO in Bangalore so that I will get a Karnataka Smart RC Card after paying life time tax for my 6 year old vehicle. He has been harassing me and making me run around for 8 months to get a registration number for my vehicle. I am fedup of his constant demands. He is now asking for another payment of 12000rs to quickly finish it up, now after harassing and causing undue delay for 8 months already.
