I am Parmanand kumar running a business of handmade shop . I had imported hand made soap Vehicle no PB31H/9341 Form Punjab. Hand made soap is tax free in Jharkhand .
While crossing CHAUPARAN HAZARIBAGH JHARKHAND CHECK POST on 28/01/2015 at 5:30 PM ,
Mr. Koshal Kumar Salex tax Officer with other three officers stooped the vehicle and asked for the document for verification from the driver .He showed all the documents which is correct according to the rules .In the document it is clearly mentioned HAND MADE SOAP.The officers misbehaved with the driver and arrested him by telling it is not Soap.The Driver called me so I went to meet with the officer on next day with all the other document which clearly verifies that it is Hand made soap.He also misbehaved with me and told that this is not a Soap but a soap material so you have to pay 42 % of the total amount as penalty. I asked him give me in written but he didn't gave . After that when I told that I will not pay any penalty then he became angry and told to me that your vehicle will never released .I requested him then he told that you have to pay 50000 then only I will release the vehicle .Again I requested him then he told to pay 15000.I gave him 15000 then he released my vehicle but he didn't gave any document for that.
Previously also he seized three vehicles from other people and took bribe of 8000 , 5000 and 1000.
Please help us with this type of corrupt officer.
