A group of site owners from Hormavu approached Ms. Shylaja for a letter to be issued to the Ramamurthy Nagar Police Station to stop harrassing the residents of the area.

Ms. Shylaja gave us a very patient hearing which was very surprising. She listened to our problems
for more than two hours and then decided to give us the said letter. At about 5.00PM her PA informed our group that the letter was ready but we had to show our appreciation for her
assistance. Her PA informed us that we had to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/-. Since we required
the letter for our families to be safe, we decided to pay so each one of us paid Rs.500/-
