Before application of tatkal passport, i have given Rs, 11000 to an officer of MTNL for getting a letter on his letter head. after that i have paid Rs.2500 in RK Puram Pass port office in order to make delivery process faster. At the time of address verification the police personal has charged me Rs.1400 for positive verification. and at the final step, i have paid Rs. 100 to the post man with whom i have collected my passport in mohan garden post office. as that postman told me that the concerned postman is on leave so, he can not touch the parcel of C block area.after taking his fees he has taken my signature on a rough paper not even on register and told "they can manage". but finally, i got my passport within a week. my contact no is +971561703568
