I lost my vehicle rc and was moving out from bangalore permanently on 17th july. when i went to the police station to just lodge an FIR so that I could apply for a duplicate one the police inspecter didnot do it. Instead he said i have to bring an affidavit then he will do the same and he will chare 100
else the fee is 200. I didnot wanted to but as i was in hurry I didnot wanted to involve with police at the last moment.
