I went to register my marriage and obtain marriage certificate, After all the verification, he handed over Rs.235/- receipt and asked Rs.1000/-, I asked why, he said, the money for against the service.

I am not the local person, so i can't speak local language properly, so he insisted Rs.1000/-, I thought if i don't pay, he will harass unnecessary and ask more documents.

Please do the needful and remove this culture.
