I was travelling to Madivala and took a left turn at Koramangala Water tank cross road. Three traffic cops were on duty in front of Indian Institute of Astrophysics gate (Address: "100 Feet Road, Koramangala 2B Block, Madiwala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034"). I could not read there nameplates as it was dark there + the nameplates were in Kannada. I showed them my driving licence and vehicle insurance. I was also ready to pay the fine but told them that there is no traffic signboard mentioning "No Free Left". After hearing this, cop asked me to pay Rs 100/- as fine but did not tendered me the receipt. I don't know the name of the cops but the Bangalore traffic police or any other vigilance organization can find them out by checking the duty chart. The incidence happened on 1st January 2015 Time: 8.30PM Location: Indian Institute of Astrophysics gate (Address: "100 Feet Road, Koramangala 2B Block, Madiwala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034"). I am reporting this incidence with a hope that Bangalore Traffic Police department and other vigillance agencies take due action to make my India a clean and honest nation. Jai Hind.
