Paid bribe for verification of Passport

Even though all the details forwarded to the police officer the documents are shown original and clear cut as mentioned in the application form. On the way he was leaving he asked me to pay 500 /- otherwise he scared me that the documents are fake and would cancel the passport. We had argument sometime. My dad gave him bribe to issue the passport.
