Paid Rs 500 to get copy of FIR to GRP Vishakapatnam

My suitcase along with my laptop got stolen from train near Vizag in November 2014. The TTE was very sincere and he filed a FIR on behalf of me with GRP Vishakapatnam. When I requested for a FIR copy they said I must come personally or send my representative to collect the copy. When I sent my representative the police officer demanded Rs500 for the copy of FIR and it had to be paid. They are so horrible they even rob the victims instead of helping them. Shame on you GRP Police Vizag!! I am pretty sure I am not one of a case. Anybody is free to probe my claim and verify. I challenge you cannot prove me wrong. I did not disclose the FIR number or my contacts as I don't trust these policemen and they can jolly well frame me and blackmail me anytime to withdraw this complaint.
