I bought a land of 1400 Sq.feet. of worth Rs.4 lakh. I came to know registration requires 2 days., which was costilier for me to get leaves for 2 days in office. I had to pay a broker near registration office an amount of Rs.10000, to get the things happened in half done. I was told that, complete process will take 2 days, so instead of that if pay 10K amount to the broker, he gets the work done quickly., who has very good contact with all the clerks in that office. Unfortunetely, there was information available near the registration office on the process to be followed. If that is avaialble, we could have planned properly keeping all the documents ready. The visible fact in the office was, none of the people, were aware of the process or to whom to contact..every one was dependent of brokers. Without brokers, no one was able to get the registration done. and bribe has to be given to the broker.
