Passport issuance with the bribe

I wanted a new booklet from the passport office on the urgent ground, Spoke with the officials, none were ready to listen, only Dalal were the options, Complete passport ofice is infested with Dalal, if some one wants passport in normal course, Even for my son, passport applied 6 months back is not received, each time the date gets forwarded to the next week.
Finally I had to pay 7000 rs additional to get my passport plus all the harrashment.
