I was travelling to my office, Near bull temple a beat police stoped the vehicle and asked for the original documents of the vehicle, showed them Insurance , puc, DL but he was demanding for rc book / smart card, which i informed that i am not carring.
so he took me to police station, in informed and shown all other documents. Then the SI insisted to bring the original smart card.
i came back after two hours with all the original documents then he told that they had filled a complaint inthe register for petty offence if i required the keys of the vehicle i should pay the fine of rs. 1000. I told them not carring the that much money. and paid 200 rs and took the vehicle back.
when i asked for receipt he informed to pay 1000 rs. i came out.
i paid bribe of rs. 200 to basavanagudi police in the police station and wasted my full day waiting for the SI.
