I had applied for Duplication copy of license On 27-06-2014. at Thiruvanmiyur RTO office for My spouse. Many times i asked from one of the RTO officer who issue license in Smart Card division.His name is Kannan. There is no response from their end.He always said that busy with work go and come back after some time. I came back that time same answer only given for me.Nearly 2 months spent for license matter and not only for that but also he asked indirectly rs 1000 .Kindly take action against him and arrange for License at earlist
