Sale Deed Registration - Koramangala Subregistrar office

Dear Authorities,
I paid brige to the extent of Rs. 10000/- + to while i was registering my sale deed for the bank loan purpose. I have not directly paid the bribe to the officer. But normally the legal lawyers who help us to do this activity. Bankers only hire these guys to do the transactions with customers and i have to pay to this lawyer and hence he has done all the activities. Ever since i had transactions of any kind of sale deed registrations every guy in this world have to shed out huge money for the bribe. This should be reduced and do some kind of work arounds...please?
