A sweet slap
It was the year of 2011. The season was very very hot. We purchased 2 new Ac but have to increase the load of meter to 1.5 ton. Went to CESC fr the same. The person sitting on the desk refused and stated its not possible to fix within 3 weeks to one month. I was shocked and about to go home. I found a person standing outside. He asked me what happened and explained him the full situation. He took Rs 500 from me fr each Ac and went to the same person. The person in CEsc opened his drawer and informed the person to put the money. I was in a state of shock because never faced this issue when I was abroad fr 8 yrs. If it is one rupee or one crore it is bribe. The money was paid and next morning the meter was changed.
