The Accountant asked for bribe for getting passbook updated

I visited the post office to get a new passbook, the accountant told me that there are none left but as I don't live in town he can arrange one for me, I told me ok then he asked me INR 1000 for that. This happened on Monday, 9th December 2019. The name of the officer is Sohail akhtar. Time 12 noon. Lohardaga main post office. He is designated as accountant.
