I have recently done house registration in Thiruporur Register office at Thiruporur Chennai. I want to share my bitter experience and lessons learnt from Janani Document writers.

There is lot of brokers working around Thiruporur Register office where they used to do documentation work for house registration, EC, MOD in register office. Basically you would never new knew which broker to contact, So I gone through Janani Documentation writer (broker) which is the first shop at ground floor in the street of Register office. Basically I am brought an apartment from a landlord (used apartment). The broker said documentation charge will be 8000 Rs (as her fee) and 5000 Rs additional misc charges. Apart from this, 2 DDs should be taken for under Thiruporur register office’s name.

After completion of registration, I didn’t get the document for 4 months. I was kept on chasing this but each time I have been told lot of stories like my application has got error, so it has raised with TCS. At lost, Janani broker asked me 15000 Rs to get the document as a bribe. I was very much frustrated. Basically these brokers are just playing with us in the name of officers, as we cannot directly go and approach them whether they really asking this much money. Our only point of contact is these brokers, whatever they say we cant validate it. Finally I went directly to office and got my document with lot of obstacles.

Beware of Janani Document writer. These broker are asking bribe in the name of officers.
