Transfer of a White Board Vehicle to Yellow Board.

This is with respect to any RTO office in Bangalore.

RTO offices are the worst places to deal with!! Nothing happens there without an Agent!
RTO charges for any work will not exceed 500Rs however no work will be done within 3000Rs.

I had to shell out 3500Rs to get a Fitness Certificate for my car last month.
No I had to pay 10000Rs to get a conversion of vehicle from white Board to Yellow Board.

In both cases, actual charges wont exceed 400 - 1000Rs. Agents/Consultants openly say they have to bribe the officers to get the work done. Everyone in RTO office including a peon has to be paid his share of bribe amount!!!

What the hell is going on and when the hell are we getting out of such a worst situation??!!

Whom are we supposed to complain about this?? Are we supposed to keep bribing forever to get the work done?
