Hi. I was asked to pay 500 and wait till Maharashtra elections got over to be handed over my baby's birth certificate. I followed suite. Then this person named Abdul assisted by a lady never answered my calls later. That was in October 2014. Today I went back to the office enquiring what happened. The lady recognised me and said that they will get the work done immediately. while handing me the papers they asked me to pay them again. I enquired why to as i had paid for 10 copies earlier and some extra. So they said that that was for before. I will have to pay 302 for these copies and something to them. I gave them 500 and they never gave me back any change. I wanted to report this to the authorities. This was at the Santacruz East, Prabhat Colony Municipal office.
