You just can't refuse to pay bribe to Excise, Commercial Taxes, RTO, Municipality and Electricity Board/Companies

Excise = Nobody gets registration w/out bribe, has to pay monthly bribe to Range Office, has to pay annual bribe to evasion team and again, has to pay annual bribe to Audit Team.
Commercial Taxes = Nobody gets registration w/out bribe, has to pay everytime C Form is to be issued, Way bills are to be issued and assessment is made regardless of whether there is any problem with your case or not.
Municipality = It is impossible to get building plans approved without bribe, no matter whether your plans are fully compliant or not.
RTO = Every transporter pays every month to designated RTO officers on designated routes.
Electricity boards = One is lying if he says he got connection without bribe .
Pollution Boards = Impossible to get clearances w/out bribing.
Factory Licence = Impossible to get licence w/out bribing.

If one wishes to fight corruption, simply raid each of the above deptts and every official involved. It is impossible to avoid the above bribes. Some people avoid direct bribing but pay to middlemen as consultancy who inturn pays bribe.
