The Civil Surgeon, Dr V.S Mohi, Dr Kiranjot and ******** are the trio, who beg, borrow or steal from missionary institutes like ****** Mission Hospital. On 21st December, 2011 he raided , and found no clue of violation of law. Next day, he sent fellows for bribe so that he could pester us for not giving news Which was again refused by us. In-between, he gave notice which was replied well.He then said , certificate of authorization of hospital was false which was also found to be in correct order from the director’s office. He then cancelled the so called farce certificate. Moreover, I would like to bring to notice that The license has been issued in the name of ****** mission hospital authorizing dr ****** ****** , who has been working here for past 20 years at the same place and issued by Director Health Services. He then called us for re instatement of licence as there was no violation but would do that only if we made a payment of huge bribe, he would re instate within 15 days. Refusal of the same by me and I posted the same on anti corruption websites. Big false fake news in papers about cancellation of licence which was said false by him previously . Details:	Hi, First of all, I would like to thank this ********** for helping me to gain enough confidence to try registering my flat without paying any bribe. I recently bought a second hand flat at HSR Layout, Bangalore. It was my wish to register the property without paying any bribe since there was no black money involved and I was showing the actual sale consideration for registration. However, whoever I discussed with did not have much hope about getting a property registered in Bangalore without paying bribe. Bribing has become a standard norm and everyone was ready to live with it. I tried all online forums desperately for getting some information about anyone who has successfully registered the property without bribing. I came across this site, and realized that IT IS POSSIBLE to do it and I should at least try to do the same. I posted some of my queries in the net and one person called me and told me that he would also like to do the property registration without paying bribe. We decided to work together to see if we both can get it done that way. I checked with my lawyer and he told me that the people at the sub registrar office will demand money and it is not possible to get it registered without paying them. He was initially not willing to come with me. But I could persuade him to do so at last. On 7th September 2011, I and wife went to the sub-registrar’s office very early morning so that we get the first token number. We got the first number. My friend also came with me to the office to give us some moral support. I also requested the seller that they should be a bit patient since I want to get the property registered without paying bribe. They agreed to it with full heart. Everything went smoothly till the signature of the sub-registrar was due. My lawyer went inside his cabin with all the papers and immediately came back and told me that I will have to pay Rs. 20000/-. I said I am not going to pay anything. The lawyer and his assistant went inside again…came back to tell me that without paying bribe it is not possible. I told them that they need not have to do the middleman job and I can discuss with the sub-registrar directly. They went inside the room again…came out and told me that I can go inside and talk to the officer. I and my wife went to the door and one person told me that only I can go inside. I told him that my wife has equal share in the property and she is also going to be inside. He went inside and came out and told something to my lawyer. The lawyer went inside and after sometime came out and asked me how much can I pay. I told him that I am not going to pay a single rupee and he can tell the officer the same. By this time, I knew that I will be able to get it registered without paying any money. He then went inside and had some discussion with the officer and then came out and told me that it is done. I had to wait there till the end of the day (I had all the phone numbers of Lokayukta officers and RTI forms handy, even though I did not have to use any of them), but I could get it registered without paying a single rupee. After all this, finally, the lawyer’s assistant came back and told me that in his experience this is the first time that someone has got the registration done without paying any money. He was abusing all the people in the sub-registrar’s office and told me that I can approach him for anything since he really liked my attitude. He told me “sir, if all people at least try like the way you tried, our county would be the best”. I was so happy hearing the same. It made my day. I and my friend now gained enough confidence that we decided that we will get his property registered by ourselves. We did not have any lawyer with us this time. The registration went smooth (at a different sub-registrar office) and no one even asked any bribe even though from their acts we could understand that some of them were expecting something. We conveniently ignored them. So, now I have witnessed two registrations without bribing. I have started believing in myself and in the system.

Details:	I was allotted an LIG flat in draw under 2008 Housing Scheme by Delhi Development Authority (DDA). In spite of making 100% payment as per demand letter, flat was not given because they were expecting some bribe from me which I have not given so far and after a fight of three years and with the intervention of Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi, the possession letter of flat was issued. They have not given me the possession of my flat as yet because the flat is not ready and they are not interested in doing so despite my number visits to site and meeting EXEN. In the process of above I passed through a very hard time as I have lost my 14 years service job on 31.3.2010 in Himachal Futuristic Communication Ltd. due to frequent visit to DDA Office, Community Cell for the same. Details:	All, It's an interesting story happened today. I had my DL (Driver License) from Hyderabad. It got expired on 21-Jan-2012. I noticed this a couple of days back only. I enquired some of the driving schools if they would help me in getting my DL renewed. They were asking “charges” between Rs. 2000 and Rs. 4000. Then I went to the RTO's website and collected all the details and called the RTO office for some clarification (they responded too). I printed the necessary documents from the web site and filled up. Went to the RTO office at Jayanagar, Bangalore for my renewal of DL. At around 10am and enquired the receptionist on what are the documents to be given for the same. He mentioned very politely in English the necessary documents to be given. Form 9, 7, 1A (Medical certificate), a letter in writing on changing my address and renewal of DL, Rs.12 stamped self addressed envelope, 2 photos and NOC from the state where I got my DL. I cannot go the Hyderabad to get the NOC within a short time. The receptionist asked me to approach the ARTO and check with him. The ARTO has an authority to waive the NOC. As recommended by him, I approached the ARTO and requested for renewal of DL. And he gave the clearance and signed on the document with green ink without any queries. I went to the nearest government hospital and got the medical certificate (paid Rs.100 for the same – I am not sure if it is a regular fees). Then I paid the necessary government fees, took digital photographs for smart card, handed over all the documents to the RTO staff and got a slip for acknowledgement. I do not know both Hindi and Kannada but still did not face any problem. In all, the entire transaction got over in 1hour and 15 mins (including getting the medical certificate). I learned one thing if you follow the process, you should be able to get the necessary documents from the government departments. I renewed my passport too without paying any bribe in Bangalore. Couple of years back I got my DL from Hyderabad and did not pay any bribe. More computerization and good process would help alleviate the corruption. ******** *****

Details:	My driving licence issued in Mumbai was due for renewal on 12/12/2011. In October I visited the RTO Indiranagar to enquire about the procedure for renewal as well as transfer of the licence to Bangalore. An agent operating on the premises demanded Rs.3000/- to get the job done. However I decided to do it on my own. The RTO Officer asked me to come back with all relevant documents 30 days before the expiry of the licence. The receptionist at the RTO office was very helpful and issued me the requisite forms. Accordingly I submitted all the documents required to the RTO office on 18/11/2011 and paid an amount of Rs.370/- (three hundred seventy only) for renewal of licence and for transfer of licence to Bangalore. I spent exactly 45 minutes in the RTO office to complete all the formalities. Since I did not receive the licence even after 45 days I visited the RTO once again. I was assured by the RTO office that the licence would be sent to me within a week and delay was because NOC from RTO Mumbai was received late. Promptly a week later I received the renewed licence. The whole process was so simpleand I felt elated that I had resisted paying a bribe to get my work done. J. *******

Details:	I paid extra tax and then quit my job due to which Govt had to pay some money back to me. I filed my returns for the same. I made 4 visits to the IT office in lucknow asking for my returns. Every time i met with neglect. In the last visit after i told them that i am leaving the ********** and cant come again and again, they finally decided to address my case. After initiating my cheque transaction the IT guy openly asked me bribe. When i resisted he made me wait for an hour. Then before me he was seen negotiating bribe with another agent. He complained about my resistance to his seniors. I continued to persist as i found it ridiculous to pay bribe for claiming my own money back! Finally, reluctantly he pursued my case. He noted down my phone number saying that he will call me back once the refund is done and i should come to his office to pay him bribe.

Even if we had a genuine case (as per government's passport website) to be eligible for Tatkal service he flatly refused to entertain. Only latter I realized that we should have come thru some agent/tout who in turn take bribes for them. This would have made our case genuine. This experience left a permanent pain spot in my brain because the no bribe passport did came but only after 6 to 8 months and that too after following up with the department umpteen times. I paid for the medical expence of the one person, and also aggred to pay for the medical expense of the other. The Car was impounded at Sector-62 police sattion situated towards Khora road, near Gaziabad highway. The 2nd person injured was asking for 15-20k as medical expenses, moreover the Diwan of the Sector-62 was demanding 20k for himself. The accident happened on 30-12-2011 and the FIR was not registered till 04-01-2012. When i refused the Diwan 2-3 times for the bribe, he went ahead and forecefully made the 2nd injured person to raise an FIR against my CAR. The CAR number is HR26BM5718. You can vist the police station-62 and see it yourself the car is still there. I contacted a advocate after the FIR and asked him to release the car. After the 2 hearing have passed in the court and i am not able to get the releare order of CAR as the IO of police needs to********** the Technical inspection report in court. This report is not submitted till now, and the Diwan of Police Station is calling me again and agin and demanding the money in order to get the report. I dont know how the things will progress but this is surely a shame for whole of the police department.
