Details:	For getting (export benefit)DEPB certificate we had to pay this amount which we were told pre-fixed by the officials. This is one of the most corrupt department. The joint directory is earning in crores much more than the exporters every year - for the past several years !! Our Government policies are also devised in such a way that even simple procedures are purposely complicated and some paper work is introduced so that these corrupt officials can demand bribe.

Details:	I travelled from London Heathrow to Bangalore via Mumbai by ******** on 7th NOV 2008. My baggage weighing 27 kgs was checked in at London upto Bangalore. So, I did not collect the baggage in Mumbai and I was thinking that it will be shifted to Mumbai-Bangalore flight. But, unfortunately it was not done so and later I came to know that I need to collect my baggage in Mumbai and check in again upto Bangalore. So, I travelled without my baggage and I was waiting for my baggage in Bangalore and did not come. I filed a complaint for missed baggage and went home empty handed. I got a call from ****** after 1 week and my baggage was transported to Bangalore through one of the JA flight. I collected my baggage and I was shocked to see that my baggage lock got broke into pieces and the baggage weight reduced to 21 kgs (by 6 kgs). That means many valuable goods worth about Rs.50000 were stolen either by airport authorities or ******** or Customs. I tried to file a complaint in the Bangalore airport but nobody accepted it and suggested me to go to Mumbai and file a complaint since it happened in Mumbai. I just filed a complaint in Devanahalli police station. This is what is happening in our country today and these thieves are working as public servants in high level jobs. Shame on those people!!!!!

Details:	Hi, I would like to report about a Pvt Company which I have worked for and the high level of corruption in which even the professional Tax officials are involved , No professional tax registration has been done by the company though it is running since 4 years in Bangalore and 18 years in the USA , nor is professional tax shown on pay slips of employees which is compulsory in Bangalore , The Professional tax officials are involved as they have take Bribe or money for themselves to help the company not pay for register under professional tax. , Any person who tries to question the Company on this is harassed and forced to leave by pouring false accusations on that person., No ESI registration has been done, The cleaners are made to hide if they come to know of any PF labour official making a visit to show there are no full time cleaners , also employees in this company are deputed to other IT MNC’s ,( which makes them all under the company’s employee list ) Yet they show that they do not have more then 4-5 employees directly working in their office. Kindly let me know a way to reveal this companies name without revealing my identity as I fear harassment , The Director also sent an office boy to pry on my house to enquire from my house maid of my where abouts after I had left the company. *******
