Considering the security and stability that government jobs offer, a resident from Aizawl, Mizoram had applied for a job in health sector. A sum of Rs 20 lakhs was demanded of the citizen just to fix an appointment. Despite repeated attempts, the respondent was not assured of an appointment unless the demanded money was paid. Not willing to pay a bribe, the respondent asks if there is any other way out.
