Our Wheel of Change

If you have been following ipaidabribe.com’s activities, you would know that we believe in SYSTEMIC CHANGE as the most potent tool in fighting corruption. In December 2010, we had come out with an analysis of the corruption scenario in the Motor Vehicles Department, Bangalore published as the Janamahiti Report. Following this we had met with the Bangalore Transport Commissioner, Mr. Bhaskar Rao and his team of RTO officials (click here for more about that). In that well-received meeting, we had discussed with them various methods to curb corruption rampant in their department.
We are delighted to inform you, our reader, that the wheel of change has been set in motion. In response to the proceedings of that meeting, we received the following letter from the Transport department today.
