A ********** rooted culture of corruption

We came across this well researched and analysed piece on what patterns and practices distinguish us Indians from the rest of the world. Indeed we are different because we offer cash to God. We must offer to God if he has to deliver for us, as this article rightly points out. The question is whether this uniqueness of our transactional culture is at the root of all corrupt practices in the country.
