For applying PRAN so that I can get my salary

I recently recruited through PSC as AEE in state PWD, till now I gave a bribe of 1500 INR as I was stopped from getting my salary. Now for state government LI policy they are asking me again a sum of 500 INR.
Really a shame that I am working here
