I was not having PUC

• Traffic Violations

I was traveling with my friends. Police stops us at thane(Cadbury company). My friend was all clear who was driving . Just the PUC was not their. The police asked for 1200rs as fine. Later he asked for 400-500rs. My friend didn't gave him any money. So he took my friends license and ask us to go. 25 Dec 2016. Time was 4.10 am. Help me out.
