N.C.C document, Gazetted officer signature
I was very curious to join to N.C.C from my childhood, as my curiosity i joined....while applying there was a column to get signed by Gazetted officer, so went to near by police station(kuvempunagar Police station).
The police who was standing outside asked 50/- to let me inside for signature....which i denied to pay and while coming back...the constable himself called and told to go in....from that time i understood something...."IF U DENY TO PAY, THEY WOULD STOP TAKING FROM *******
