Traffic cop taking Bribes
There was so "No Parking" Board where I parked my vehicle. The Police Towed my Vehicle. I was Waiting for almost an hour and half without my lunch for him come back with another set of vehicles. When I disagreed to pay, he took my license and started leaving. I then had to pay a bribe as I was starving and couldn't wait any longer.
