Making a pan card
When i was visit income tax office for the purpose of making a pan card I was saw that there are many person to fill up the other man form and submitted. when i was ask these person they say it allowed people think if i fill up the form my form should be rejected but it not reality my form fill myself & submitted and excepted not time consuming just take 15to20minit
& so why should people give the money to second person and help to increase the corruption.
