Hello Everyone
On 11 Aug. 2014 I went the Primary Health Centre , Siwan (Kaithal) 136027 to collect my own Birth certificate. The person who issues the certificates named "BHOOP SINGH" asked me to pay him Rs. 100. When I asked for the receipt for 100 rs he told me that there is no such receipt.
When I refused to pay the money , he also refused to issue the certificate. I went to the room of Senior/Incharge of that health centre.But the SMO i.e. Senior Medical Officer was not present there. I asked her no. from other doctors and called her.
She advised me to file a complaint against the accused and I did the same on immediately.
but I dont think there will be any enquiry against the accused.If any officer reading this please help me.I am very disappointed with the Indian Govt. System
